Uno High School is a private educational institution founded in 1960 by Chinese Filipino philanthropist and businessman Don Domingo Yu Chu. Its name came from the term Numero Uno which indicates quality. The school is situated in Alvarado Extension, Tondo, Manila.
The institution offers K-12 basic education. Its
senior high school (SHS) program features the ABM and STEM strands. The school also uses the Chinese language as a medium of instruction.
Uno High School (Chinese: Shang Yi Zhong Xue) is recognized by the
Department of Education (DepEd). It is also a member of the
Philippine Ching Yuen Athletic Association (PCYAA).

- The official logo of Uno High School features the mei hua (plum blossom), the national flower of China.
- The school’s high school Basketball Team was declared as champions in the PCYAA 2015 (for Ladies Division).
- Uno High School students bagged awards in the 4th Malaysia International Mathematics Olympiad 2017 held on November 26-27, 2017 at Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
