Valenzuela City Polytechnic College, formerly Valenzuela Manpower, is a public technical college established in 1982. It is located in Barangay Parada, Valenzuela City.

Commonly known as “Val Poly”, the school offers a wide array of programs. Course offerings include a four-year ladderized degree program in Technical Teacher Education, a two-year course in Computer Technology and short-term technical courses in Electrical Installation Maintenance, Dressmaking, Bread and Pastry Production, Shielded Metal Arc Welding (SMAW) and Consumer Electronics Servicing. Also offered is a senior high school program featuring various Technical-Vocational-Livelihood (TVL) specializations.
