  • Certificate of Good Moral Character from School previously attended

  • NCAE result or its equivalent (photocopy) to be submitted at the Guidance Office 
  • IQ test - to be taken at the Guidance and Counseling Center 
  • Medical/Physical examination - University Clinic 

Transferees
  • Transfer Credential (Honorable Dismissal) Signed by the Registrar and duly sealed. 
  • Certificate of grades for evaluation 
  • Certificate of good moral character signed by the Dean and the Guidance office with school seal 
  • 4 (2x2) pictures 
  • 2 (1x1) pictures 
  • IQ test administered by the Guidance and Counseling Center 
  • Medical/Physical Examination - University clinic 

Cross Enrollees  
  • Permit to cross enroll from the student's mother school signed by the Registrar.

Requirements

1. Letter of application with the following documents:
 
a. 2 copies of signed passport size photo 
b. Baccalaureate degree diploma in Pre-Med course. If graduation is at end of the second semester before the date of application, a certificate for the expected completion by the Dean of that School is needed 
c. Official Transcript of Records 
d. Police Clearance certificate 
e. Two (2) certificates of good moral character from the Dean and Guidance Office/Professor 
f. Birth Certificate (photocopy) 
  • Applicants must fill out completely and accurately an application form in the administration office 
  • Application fee of Php. 300.00 which is not refundable 
  • NMAT Rating 
  • Certificate of Eligibility for Admission (CEA) from the Commission on Higher Education, Manila 
  • Interview by a member of the Admission Committee 
  • Aptitude Test

  • A holder of any Bachelor of Science or Arts degree, preferably with major in English, Logic, Political Science, History or Economics and must have at least 18 units in English, 6 units in Mathematics and 18 units in Social Sciences

  • Transfer Credential/Official Transcript of Records
  • For admission to the Masteral's Program - a Baccalaureate degree with a weighted average at least 85% or B or 2 for the entire course
  • For admission to the Doctoral Program - Masteral's degree, a weighted average of at least 88% for the entire course
  • In certain specific fields of concentration the corresponding undergraduate academic background or 12 units in the same discipline at either undergraduate or graduate level before admission to the degree program
  • Pass interview of a member of the Admission Committee
  • Students with a lower general average than the prescribed weighted average may be probationally admitted to the Graduate Programs if they demonstrate the capacity to undertake said programs, may be formally admitted upon the recommendation of the Admission Committee with the approval of the Dean

Virgen Milagrosa University Foundation (VMUF) is a privately-supported coeducational institution founded by Dr. Martin P. Posadas in 1958. It started out as an institute before it gained its university status in 1994

It offers pre-school, elementary, secondary and technical-vocational courses, and undergraduate and graduate programs in the medical and paramedical fields, liberal and applied arts, sciences.

In 2017, VMUF received a distinction from PACUCOA as it was the first institution in Region I to have Level III Programs Re-accredited Status in BS Biology, MS in Teaching, and Master of Public Health. It was granted autonomous status by CHED as per CMO no. 12 series of 2019.
