Visayas State University - Tolosa (VSU - Tolosa) is a public educational institution in Tolosa, Leyte. The school is one of the campuses of Visayas State University (VSU) and is considered as the College of Fisheries of the university system. It was established in 1971 and was formerly known as Daniel Z. Romualdez Memorial School of Fisheries.

The VSU - Tolosa Campus was mainly built to provide relevant fishery instruction and training to the citizens of the province. Currently, the school offers tertiary programs in Fisheries, Biology, Teacher Education, and Criminology. It is also duly recognized by the Commission on Higher Education (CHED).
