If you have studied the High School Certificate, you will usually need to study a foundation programme or the first year of a degree in the Philippines to qualify for an undergraduate course in the UK. You will be required to successfully complete your High School Certificate with an average of 90% overall with at least 90% in relevant subject areas in Year 4 to qualify for the International Foundation Programme.
Undergraduate - You will be required to successfully complete your high school certificate with grades of at least 90% in addition to a recognised one year foundation programme. We will also consider successful completion of year one of a relevant four year honour's degree at a recognised institution in the Philippines.
Postgraduate taught - You will be required to have a relevant Masters degree from a recognised institution to qualify for our postgraduate taught courses.
Postgraduate research - If you are applying for research course from the Philippines, you will be required to provide evidence that you have already carried out research, usually via the successful completion of a relevant master's degree. You will need successful completion of a relevant four-year bachelor's degree from a recognised institution, with a GPA as described above, and possibly the successful completion of a relevant master's programme from a recognised institution.
A relevant English Language Qualification may also be required — normally a minimum of 6.5 IELTS, however, this may vary from course to course.
