Chinese University of Hong Kong (CUHK) is a public research university in Shatin, Hong Kong established in 1963 by the Legislative Council of Hong Kong. It has a global mission and vision to combine tradition with modernity, and to bring together China and the West.
CUHK offers a wide range of academic programmes organized in nine constituent colleges and eight faculties, including Arts, Business Administration, Education, Engineering, Law, Medicine, Science, and Social Science. The university operates in both English and Chinese.
