Requirements
Be a citizen of either Cambodia, Indonesia, Lao PDR, Malaysia, Myanmar, Philippines, or Thailand.
Hold a bachelor degree in Construction Management, Construction Economy or related programs (i.e. Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Bridge and Highway Engineering, Waterway Engineering, Water Resources Engineering, Underground Construction and Tunnel Engineering, Construction Materials Engineering, Architecture, Landscape Architecture, Urban and Regional Planners, etc.)
(preferred qualification) IELTS 6.0 or TOEFL iBT 79.
