CEP SCHOLARSHIP FOR ASEAN CITIZENS
Empower your plan pursuing Master in Construction Management with CEP scholarship exclusively for ASEAN citizen. The grant worths 32,000 US$ and priceless experience.

This scholarship is considered for ASEAN graduates who apply to study Master in Construction Management at Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology (HCMUT), Vietnam.

The scholarship program is sponsored by the JICA Project for AUN/SEED-Net* through the consortium consisting of the Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology (HCMUT), Yokohama National University (YNU), Yangon Technological University (YTU), and JFE Steel Corporation (JFE).
*Japan International Cooperation Agency Project for ASEAN University Network / Southeast Asia Engineering Education Development Network

Scholarship value: 32,000 USD for the full course of 2 years
Scholarship benefits:
  • Full tuition fees of the course Master in Construction Management;
  • Supporting air tickets from student’s home country to HCMUT;
  • Visa fee for the 2nd year studying at HCMUT, Vietnam;
  • Monthly allowance, relocation allowance;
  • Language support, medical & life insurance;
  • 2-month internship in Japan;
  • 15-day internship in Myanmar;
  • Attending conferences in an ASEAN country in 4 days;
  • Fieldtrips to JFE Steel Corporation, etc.

Requirements

  • Be a citizen of either Cambodia, Indonesia, Lao PDR, Malaysia, Myanmar, Philippines, or Thailand.
  • Hold a bachelor degree in Construction Management, Construction Economy or related programs (i.e. Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Bridge and Highway Engineering, Waterway Engineering, Water Resources Engineering, Underground Construction and Tunnel Engineering, Construction Materials Engineering, Architecture, Landscape Architecture, Urban and Regional Planners, etc.)
  • (preferred qualification) IELTS 6.0 or TOEFL iBT 79.
