    Documents to provide if you are applying from OFFSHORE (i.e. outside of Australia):

    1. KOI student application form with all fields accurately completed.A blank KOI student application form will be provided upon request. This form can also be downloaded from the Apply Online page. Click Future Students then Apply Online.
    2. A certified, notarised or attested copy of proof of English. Please see the table in the section named “Minimum English requirements” for more information on which internationally recognised English Language Tests will meet KOI’s entry requirements.
    3. A certified, notarised or attested copy of your passport. You must provide the pages of your passport that show your photographic ID and your signature. Some passports, for instance Pakistani passports, show your signature on a separate page from your photographic ID. Please ensure you send copies of both pages.
    4. Certified, notarised or attested copies of all your academic documents. This includes the official academic transcripts (i.e. mark sheets) and completion certificates for your academic achievements.
    5. A certified, notarised or attested copy of change of name documents (if applicable). If the name displayed on your academic documents is different from that which is shown in your passport, please provide official documentation that shows when and why your name was changed (e.g. Marriage Certificate).
