What does Saint Jude Catholic School stand for?

Saint Jude Catholic School (SJCS) is a Roman Catholic, Chinese-Filipino school founded in 1963, by Fr. Yang and Msgr. Peter Tsao, missionary priests of the Society of Divine Word (SVD).

SJCS has basic education programs from primary to secondary education. Its Senior High School department offers different strands under Academic Track. Aside from the regular education programs, SJCS also provides the International Baccalaureate Diploma Program (IBDP) – a rigorous pre-university course recognized by primed colleges and universities worldwide.

Since its establishment, SJCS has produced graduates who pass the country’s top universities and colleges. During the School Year 2013-2014, its high school department received the Superintendent's Award of the DepEd Division of City Schools-Manila for ranking first in Mean Percentage Score in the Fourth Year National Achievement Test (NAT) among the 86 private high schools in Manila.
