About the Scholarship

Go Kim Pah Foundation Inc. is a non-stock, not-for-profit organization incorporated in the Philippines in December 2006. The foundation, established in honor of Go Kim Pah, the founder of Equitable Bank in 1950, aims to engage in philanthropic, humanitarian, and charitable causes. One of their objectives is to assist financially underprivileged but deserving students by providing scholarship grants in high school, college and vocational studies to make them productive members of the community.

  • Grade Requirement: GWA of at least of 82%

Qualifications
  • Must be enrolled or is qualified to enroll under the following programs: Medical Technology and Nursing
  • No failing grade in all the subjects enrolled in and maintains a Grade Weighted Average (GWA) of not lower than 82%or its equivalent
  • Must not be enjoying any other scholarship program or financial assistance/benefit from other entities
  • Must not be enjoying any other scholarship program or financial assistance/benefit from other entities
  • Must have no or insufficient means of financing one’s own studies (Belongs to a family whose combined annual gross income does not exceed P500,000.00)

Documentary Requirements
  • Far Eastern University College Admission Test (FEUCAT) result for incoming freshmen
  • Course Curriculum / Academic Program Credit Evaluation
  • Basic personal Information
  • Certificate of Registration
  • Report of Rating
  • Sworn Statement
  • Certificate of Good Moral Character
  • Latest Income Tax Return (ITR), Tax Exemption OR Affidavit of Income
  • Duly accomplished application form
