Edukasyon.ph and CreamSilk joined hands to address the Philippines' high unemployment, which resulted from the country's first recession in 29 years due to the pandemic. The core objective of the project was to "recession-proof Filipinas" by equipping them with the right skills to thrive in the "new" normal.
The campaign relaunched the #ConditionedForGreater Academy online, featuring new, shorter courses that were snackable, credible, and versatile. The platform capitalized on insights that distance learning is easily accessible, mobile data-friendly, and possible in self-paced, bite-sized formats.
The campaign saw significant results, driven by strong product-market fit and an urgent need to be prepared and upskilled amid the pandemic. The #ConditionedForGreater Academy demonstrated strong engagement, with high completion rates. Employment support was also provided to the learners of the program.
