Dove Self-esteem Project (Dove Philippines)

The Dove Self-esteem Project is dedicated to raising the self-esteem of the next generation and fostering a positive relationship with their appearance through a strategic mix of digital and in-person activities. Central to the project are two key pillars: the Confident Me Quest, a self-directed learning module with over 700 completers, and the Virtual Camp, which engaged nearly 22,000 students across 58 schools.

The campaign’s success was further driven by the #ConfidentMeSquad Ambassador Program, which mobilized 14 ambassadors to reach more than 2,400 students in their networks. Building on this momentum, the project wrapped up 2025 with the #ConfidentMe workshop in four Metro Manila schools, designed for Grades 7–12 students to shift perspectives from valuing physical appearances to celebrating individual capabilities and character. Since 2021, Dove has partnered with Edukasyon.ph to scale this program nationwide, championing confidence and self-esteem and empowering Filipino youth to live their best lives.

The initiative carried on campus in 2024-2025 through in-person implementation of the Confident Me Module carrying the same vision through #ChangeTheCompliment campaign. The module aims to not just bring out the best and confident version among the youth but to also create safe spaces in their campuses to learn more about themselves and change the way they see the good in others.

The roadshow reached more than 2,000 students ages 12-17 from different schools in Metro Manila namely: Malate Catholic School, Sta. Clara Parochial School, Athens Academy, Manila Central University, and Marian School of Quezon City.
