Globe Loyalty Program Masterclass (Globe Business)

The Globe Business x Edukasyon.ph masterclass project that ran from July to August 2023 provided exclusive upskilling opportunities for Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). The core objective was to deliver specialized masterclasses and one-on-one consultations tailored to the needs of small and medium-sized enterprises.

The project was done as an exclusive virtual event and featured two high-impact sessions. The first, a “Digital Marketing Masterclass: Building Your Digital Brand,” and the second, a “Data Privacy Masterclass: Securing Customer Trust,”, both encouraged MSMEs to private consultations. 

Guest speakers for the masterclass include Nice Domanog, Community Manager of Canva Philippines, and Carlos “Titus” Manuel, Founding Chairman of the National Association of Data Protection Officers of the Philippines (NADPOP).

MSMEs have to be continuously empowered and capacitated to adapt to the ever-changing market and be able to pivot.
