FinLit and Wellness is Life (Sun Life)

This two-pronged implementation set out to empower young Filipinos to take charge of their well-being and financial futures, and the results speak for themselves. Through the Wellness is Life and FinLit is Life learning materials and campaigns, learners experienced a gamified journey that blended holistic health lessons with essential “adulting” skills, making learning fun, approachable, and inclusive.

Learners walked away with practical insights on self-prioritization, emotional resilience, and smart money management, proving that when knowledge is engaging, youth don’t just participate, they thrive. The overwhelming response highlighted not only the demand for financial literacy resources but also the truth that true readiness today means balancing mental, emotional, and financial strength.
