About the Scholarship

A scholarship grant for university and college scholars of Isabela State University. University scholars should have at least a grade of 1.00-1.50 (92-100%) and shall receive a 3,000 peso cash incentive. College Scholars should have at least 1.51-1.75 (89-91%) and shall receive a 2,000  peso cash incentive.

  • Accomplished Scholarship Contract Form (Available at OSAS Office)
  • Certification of Grades from Registrar (No Failing or Incomplete Grade)
  • Photocopy of School Assessment of Fees
  • Photocopy of School I.D. (back to back) with a signature above printed name
  • Carry a maximum academic load for the term
