About the Scholarship

Scholarship description

Fixed amount of Three Thousand Pesos given every semester up to graduation provided that scholar should maintain at least 85% General Weighted Average without incomplete grade/s, dropped subject/s and failing grade/s. Slot is specifically for Business and IT students.


Overview:

The Scholarship and Financial Assistance Services is one of the administrative units under the Office of the Vice President for Student Services (OVPSS). The SFAS Citizen’s Charter provides our clients with information on the different services, requirements, procedures, fees and timelines with the objectives of improving service delivery and ensuring client satisfaction.


SFAS is committed to provide access to educational opportunities in terms of scholarship and financial assistance to students.

Eligibility Requirements

Eligibility Requirements

  • Admission Requirements:
  • Proof/s of total family income; specifically:
  • Income Tax Return (ITR) or BIR Form 2316 of all working family members or Certificate of Indigency
  • Company payslip/s of all working family members
  • Proof that the applicant achieved an 85% general average or its equivalent without a failing mark in any subject; specifically:
  • Senior high school report card for freshman applicants;
  • SECOND SEMESTER of AY 2021-2022 grades for those studying in higher years; and
  • Alternative Learning System Accreditation & Equivalency (ALS A&E) test results for ALS A&E Learning Support Delivery System graduates
  • “Certificate of Good Moral Character” duly signed by an official in the last school attended
  • Registration Form for FIRST SEMESTER of AY 2022-2023
  • University/college’s grading system in percentage
