PCC Chorale Scholarship

To qualify as scholar, the student should have been qualified as member and must have no failing grades with a general weighted average of at least 80% during the probationary period. The same should apply to succeeding months/semesters in order to remain as scholar.
Scholarship discounts will be as follows: 20% discount on tuition fee for qualified newe member and 25% discount on tuition fee for old member.

Responsibilities of PCC Chorale:

PCC Chorale is required to attend official functions/ appointments of the school. Examples of official function are Graduation, Foundation Days, and Intramurals, Christmas celebrations and / or masses if needed.
PCC Chorale members should attend chorale competitions and chorale workshops where they are invited as school representatives only upon the discretion and approval of the school administrator.
PCC Chorale can also be involved and be a school representative in occasions or events with PCC employees and students such as to sing during the wake of a school faculty/ employee or their immediate relatives.

Guidelines:

The PCC Chorale member should be a bonafide student of Pines City Colleges.
The PCC Chorale is composed of 25-30 members.
To qualify as member, the student must pass the probationary period of screening and as trainee in a series of audition conducted during a term in the College calendar and 1st half of the school year (June-Oct) in the Elem/High School calendar. Probationary period may exceed one term or half of the school year until trainee is qualified as member. He/ She must not have any disciplinary records while being a member.
Each member should attend all scheduled practices regularly, including all functions that require the performance of the group. Regular practice is scheduled 6 hours per week. However, the choirmaster may require more than 6 hours per week and members should comply.
