The center has begun operation in early 2009 when Master Chef Wolfgang Rappl formulated the idea of creating a boutique culinary school within the tranquil setting of Silang, Cavite, with the vision of giving students practical hands-on training in the art and passion of global cuisine and patisserie and equip them with the skills to become competent and skillful chefs. Our courses are designed by Master Chef Wolfgang Rappl, an internationally experienced corporate Chef equipped with market tested excellence in the culinary industry. At Apicius, Chefs pass on the passion journey for food secrets in creative ways to support individual pursuits.
