Babag National High School is a public secondary school located at the city of Lapu-Lapu, Cebu. The school started its operation in 1971 in order to address the need for an adequate and decent secondary education for the youth of Brgy. Babag. 

The school is currently providing a Department of Education (DepEd) recognized high school curriculum and is now also a K-12 ready school. Under its senior high school program are academic tracks in ABM, HUMSS, and GAS. Also open for admission is a technical-vocational course in Computer Hardware Servicing which is offered for students who wanted to learn and enhance their skills in computer services.
