Established in 1994, the
Batangas State University - Balayan (BatStateU - Balayan) is a government-owned academic institution that is part of the
Batangas State University system.
In its first years, the campus started offering courses in
Welding Fabrication, Electrical, Automotive, and
Electronics Technology.
It has been a couple of decades ago since the school started its school operation, but the Balayan campus remained firm and progressive with its technical-vocational programs. At present, the campus is offering two undergraduate programs in
Industrial Technology and
Technical-Vocational Teacher Education with various specializations that students can choose from.
