- Recommendation Letter from the School Officials
- Medical Certificate
- 5 pieces 1x1 ID picture
Requirements For Foreign Applicants
- Accomplished BIS Application Form
- Photocopy of Passport and Visa
- Student Study Permit (SSP)
- Translated/authenticated Student Record
- Translated/authenticated Certification of Graduation
- Translated/authenticated Certification of Enrollment
Procedures
- Submit requirements to the Admission Office.
- Get a copy of an application form from the Admission Office.
- Pay the Testing fee at the Cashier’s Office.
- Present receipt to the Admission Officer.
- Take the examination.
