Concepcion Holy Cross College (CHCC), Inc. is a private, Catholic school in
Concepcion Tarlac. It was founded by Pablo L. Tioseco, Sr. and his daughter, Dr. Raquel T. Sta. Ines, who wanted to provide students the opportunity to earn their degrees without having to travel far out of Concepcion. The college opened in 1995 with courses in Teacher Education, Computer Science, and Business Administration, including Secretarial courses. Four years later, the preschool and elementary departments were established.
At present, CHCC offers the complete basic education program, with the
Academic and the
Technical-Vocational-Livelihood (TVL) tracks available for Senior High School (SHS) students. For college students, the institution has undergraduate courses in
Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Criminology, Computer Science, and
Teacher Education. CHCC also offers
technical-vocational courses in Bread and Pastry, Cookery, and Shielded Metal Arc Welding (SMAW), all of which lead to a National Certificate (NC).
