Corazon C. Ortega Skills Training Center for Women, Inc. is a TESDA-accredited training center located in San Fernando, La Union. The school aims to provide technical education skills to Filipinos and contribute to nation-building, particularly by producing individuals with excellent industrial skills.
The training center offers Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) programs with short courses under the Unified TVET Program Registration and Accreditation System (UTPRAS) which equips the students with technical skills. Aside from this, they can also earn a National Certificate (NC) which they can use for employment.
