Incoming Grade 1 Admission Requirements
Requirements
ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS
1. He must be 6 years of age. (Born year 2013 up to September 2014)
2. Completely filled-out DBTI Application Form
3. Clear photocopy of P.S.A. Birth Certificate
4. Clear photocopy of Baptismal Certificate
5. Three (3) copies of 1x1 colored pictures
6. Photocopy of current Report Card
7. Non-refundable DBTI Testing Fee of Php 300.00
ADMISSION PROCEDURE
1. Submit the complete requirements at the Registrar’s Office and secure a Payment Slip.
2. Pay the testing fee at the DBTI Cashier upon approval of the requirements.
3. Present official receipt to the Registrar’s Office and claim Test Schedule and Test Permit.
4. Take the test on the assigned date. NO TEST PERMIT, NO ENTRANCE EXAMINATION.
5. See the test results at the Guidance & Testing Office Bulletin Board as will be scheduled. Results will not be released over the telephone.

Incoming Grade 11 Admission Requirements
Requirements
ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS
1. Completely filled-out DBTI application form
2. Photocopy of the grade 10 report card (for STEM Strand applicants third quarter grades should be available)
3. Clear photocopy of Birth Certificate (PSA copy)
4. Clear photocopy of Baptismal Certificate
5. Certification of Good Moral Character
6. Three (3) copies of recent 1 X 1 photo with white background
7. Non-refundable testing fee of Php 500.00
ADMISSION PROCEDURE
1. Submit the complete requirements at the Registrar’s Office prior to the test date.
2. Secure Payment Slip upon presentation and approval of the requirements.
3. Present Payment Slip and pay the testing fee at the DBTI Cashier.
4. Present official receipt to the Registrar’s Office and claim Test Schedule and Test Permit. Be sure to bring the test permit on the test date. NO TEST PERMIT, NO ENTRANCE EXAMINATION. The results will have to be personally claimed by the parents/guardians at the Guidance and Testing Office on the date assigned by the Psychometrician. Results will not be released over the telephone.
5. Qualified applicants who intend to pursue their application to enroll should inform the school by submitting the Confirmation of Decision to Enroll Slip and by placing the Reservation Fee of Php 3,000.00 within the period indicated so slots can be reserved for them. Non-submission of the form will be interpreted as a withdrawal of the application.
NOTE:
1. The reservation fee of Php 3,000.00 is deductible from the enrollment fee upon registration but is not refundable should the applicant withdraw his/her application.
2. The reservation fee does not necessarily mean that the student is officially enrolled should he/she qualify for admission. The first come, first served policy of the school will be strictly adhered to. Failure to enroll on the scheduled date of enrollment without a prior written notice to the Office of the Registrar forfeits the enrollment slot and the reservation fee.
