Dr. P. Ocampo Colleges, Inc. (DPOCI) is a private school in
Cotabato City. The school specializes in allied health courses and is regarded as
the first medical school in the city. It was founded as the
Dr. P. Ocampo Institute, Inc. in 1987 by Dr. Pedro S. Ocampo, Jr. It catered to 30 students taking up Associate in Radiologic Technology during its first year. In 1991, the first bachelor's degree program opened, BS in Radiologic Technology. The following year, the institute was elevated into a college as it offered more degree programs. In 2001, the Basic Education Department was established to serve as laboratory schools for Education students.
Currently, the college offers undergraduate programs in
Midwifery, Medical Technology, Radiology, Criminology, Elementary Education, and
Secondary Education. A technical course in Healthcare Services is also available. The Basic Education Department of DPOCI includes a
Senior High School (SHS) program with selected strands from the
Academic and the
Technical-Vocational-Livelihood (TVL) tracks.
