Eastern Mindoro Academy - Eastern Modern Institute of Technology and Sciences (EMA EMITS) is located in Pinamalayan, a first class municipality in Oriental Mindoro. Its founder, attorney Attorney Federico Semilla, was a native of Marinduque and had migrated with his family to the barangay where the campus is located (Quinabigan).
EMA EMITS has a Preparatory and Kindergarten school, Elementary and Secondary courses, CHED (Commission on Higher Education) and TESDA (Technical Skills and Development Authority) courses which are approved and recognized.
