Isabela State University - Palanan (ISU - Palanan) is a public educational institution located in the province of
Isabela. The school was conceived through the ISU Outreach Program of the Echague campus into the coastal areas of Palanan in 2005. And with the success of the program, the Palanan campus was born and became one of the extension campuses operating under the
Isabela State University (ISU) system.
The Palanan campus houses four (4) undergraduate programs in
Inland Fisheries, Elementary Education, Agriculture, and
Information Technology. And like the other schools under the ISU system, the Palanan campus is duly accredited by the Commission on Higher Education (CHED).
