The Graduate Certificate in Business Administration enables students to develop a firm foundation of the understanding of the context and environment of management and organisations in general and enables the students to do this within a standalone postgraduate award. This course enables managers with extensive relevant experience, but without a prior undergraduate degree in a business discipline, to advance their management thinking through four foundation courses, as a stepping-stone to more advanced courses within the masters. Upon completion of the Master of Business Administration, graduates will be able to be succeed in leadership and management positions in diverse business environments. These include specialised or generalist positions in management; and business administration in small to large private, public and non-government organisations. Graduates may specialise in one of five areas including Entrepreneurship, International Leadership, Health Services Management, Digital Management or Project Management.
