Negros Oriental State University - Bais (NORSU - Bais) is a public satellite campus part of the province-wide university system of
Negros Oriental State University. The campus is actually composed of two sub-campuses located in the areas of San Jose (Bais I) and of Taveras (Bais II). Interestingly, the Bais campus began as an institution specializing in Fisheries before it became part of the system.
At present, the Bais campus is open for students who are looking to pursue their undergraduate studies in
Education, Arts and Social Sciences, Industrial Technology, Criminology, Computer Studies, Business Administration, and
Hospitality Management. Students can also take up associate degree programs in the campus as it offers Associate degrees in
Computer Science, Secretarial Science, Hospitality Management, Industrial Technology and in
Medical, Dental, and Nursing Assistant.
