Northern Quezon College, Inc. (NQCI) is a private higher educational institution in
Infanta, Quezon. Its roots can be traced to the Infanta Community College (ICC) that opened during the second semester of the school year 1968-1969. The ICC operated using classrooms at the Infanta Provincial High School and offered associate programs and short courses, like Associate in Commerce and Secretarial Science. Twenty years after the foundation of ICC, the college staff, together with civic professional groups, formed the
Northern Quezon Cooperative College (NQCC), constructed at Barangay Comon, Infanta, Quezon.
At present, NQCI has bachelor's degree courses in
Elementary Education, Secondary Education, and
Business Administration. It also has a Senior High School (SHS) department that offers the
Academic Track and the
Technical-Vocational-Livelihood (TVL) Track. The college and its programs are duly recognized by the Commission on Higher Education
(CHED) and the Department of Education
(DepEd).
