Requirements
  • Oroginal copy of form 138 (Report card)
  • Certificate of good moral character
  • Payment of required fees for entrance examination and processing
  • Required admission test scores

Transferees
  • Accompished application form
  • Transfer credentials with certificate of good moral character
  • Transcript of records/Certification of grades
  • Payment of required fees for entrance examination and processing
  • Admission test scores acceptable to the college

Grade School
  • Three (3) 1x1 recent ID pictures
  • Photcopy of NSO birth certificate
  • Photocopy of Baptismal certificate
  • Report card (original and photocopy) signed by the principal
  • certificate of good moral character or Recommendation letter from the guidance counselor or principal of previous school
  • Photocopy of passport reflecting applicant's valid stay (foreign students)
  • Alien certificate of registration from BID (foreign students)

Procedures
  1. Proceed to the registrar's office
  2. Present requirements
  3. Secure entrance examination permit for new applicants
  4. Take entrance examination
  5. Get examination result at the guidance office on the scheduled date of release
  6. Interview with the principal or his/her delegate (for new pupils/students and transferees).
  7. If qualified, submit other requirements
  8. Secure and accomplish official enrollment form
  9. Proceed to the Assessment window
  10. Pay the required school fees
  11. Secure admission card to be presented to the homerrom teacher on the first day of classes

Our Lady of Manaoag College was founded in 1946 and was initially known as Holy Rosary Academy of Manoag. In 2000, the school's board of trustees decided to offer a college program and to change the name to Our Lady of Manaoag College.

The College offers preschool, grade school, and high school. It also offers undergraduate programs in education, computer science, information technology, business administration, and TESDA courses in programming, and computer hardware servicing.
