Partido State University - Sagñay (PARSU - Sagñay) is a public educational institution in
Sagñay, Camarines Sur and one of the six (6) satellite campuses of
Partido State University. The campus was formerly a high school located in Goa, Camarines Sur, which was eventually transferred to the municipality of Sagnay. Later on, the school was renamed to Governor Mariano Fuentebella Memorial Fisheries School. Then by the virtue of Republic Act No. 8594, it was converted into a tertiary school for fisheries, then changed its name again to PSU - Sagnay Campus.
Currently, the school offers two (2) bachelor's degree programs in
Fisheries and
Marine Biology. And like the other campuses in the system, the campus is duly recognized by the Commission on Higher Education (CHED).
