Requirements
- P300 entrance examination fee
- NSO copy birth certificate - Non-Filipino citizen applicants should contact our Admissions Office directly at 451-1574 or via email at pgpcs@yahoo.com.
- 3 2"x2" photos
- Photocopy of most recent report card
Procedures
1. Submit Application form in any of the following:
- Online - Complete application form http://www.pasiggreenpasture.com/application-form
- Email - Download the application form and email to pgpcs@yahoo.com
- In-Person - Drop off your completed application form in our campus Administrative Office at 137 F. Andres Street, Bgy. Rosario, Pasig City.
2. Once submitted, a member of the Office Administration team will contact you to schedule an entrance exam date.
3. Take entrance exams at the Pasig Green Pasture Administrative Office.
4. Submit requirements in a long brown envelope.
5. Tuition fee assessment and enrollment. The Administrative Office will inform you of the school tuition and materials fee and the remaining documents that you will need to submit. Please pay for school fees only at the school cashier. Remember to get a copy of your receipt. You will use this to claim your school materials.
