Submit accomplished Application for Admission and Student’s Information Form to any of the encoders at the enrollment counters. Note: The final enrollment from will be printed out in 4 copies (Student’s copy, Registrar’s copy, Accounting Office’s copy, and Principal’s copy).
Settle enrollment fees at the Accounting Office.

Saint Francis of Assisi College (SFAC) is a private Catholic education system founded in 1981 offering a complete education program from pre-school up to graduate degrees.
