Freshmen
  1. Pass the SBLC entrance examination (Entrance examinations is FREE!)
  2. High School Report Card (Form 138)
  3. Certificate of Good Moral Character from the previous school attended
  4. Copy of Birth Certificate
  5. 2 (two) ID pictures, (1 1/2 x 1 1/2 colored, recent within 2 months. two (2) self-addressed stamped enveloped, one (1) long folder.


Transferees
 

  1. Transfer Credentials
  2. Certified True Copy of Grades
  3. Certificate of Good Moral Character from the previous school attended
  4. Copy of Birth Certificate
  5. 2 (two) ID pictures, (1 1/2 x 1 1/2 colored, recent within 2 months.

Foreign Students
  1. Original copy of study permit issued by the Commission on Higher Education (CHED)
  2. Photocopy of the Alien Certification of Registration (ACR) with eligibility for admission issued by the CHED for the current school year.
  3. Photocopy of Passport with Student Visa

St. Bernadette of Lourdes College is a private educational institution named after Saint Bernadette of Lourdes, the patroness of illness, people ridiculed for their piety, poverty, shepherds, shepherdesses, and Lourdes, France. The campus was founded by a group of professional healthcare providers on February 12, 2003, the same day the Feast Day of Saint Bernadette of Lourdes is celebrated. 

The college flags its model program in Nursing which is offered in its undergraduate in graduate programs. Other courses include Business Administration, Hospitality and Tourism Management courses, and Teacher Education programs. Further, the school also has Technical-Vocational programs which can be completed in just less than a year. This includes six (6) months Caregiver Training Program, three (3) months Commercial Cooking, and two (2) months Food and Beverage Services.
