Aklan State University – Kalibo Campus is one of the campuses of Aklan State University (ASU) and is located in the barangay of Andagao, Kalibo. The Kalibo Campus was originally the Roxas Memorial School of Arts and Trades (RMSAT) and offered shop and technical courses. Eventually, RMSAT earned its college status when it provided bachelor's degree courses in the 1980s. The college then was integrated to the Aklan State University (then Aklan State College of Agriculture) in 1999.

At present, the Kalibo Campus serves as the College of Industrial Technology. It offers undergraduate courses in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Industrial Technology, Information Technology, Hospitality Management, and Technical Vocational Teacher Education. Also available in the college is a Master of Arts program in Education.
