Balian Community College (BCC) is a public academic institution in Pangil, Laguna. It was founded in 1972 and offers undergraduate courses in
Midwifery, Accounting Technology, Entrepreneurship, and
Public Administration. Aside from these programs, the college also has a Senior High School program offering the
TVL strand. BCC also offers tech-voc courses in
Caregiving, Computer Systems Servicing, and
Health Care Services. These TVET courses lead to a
National Certificate (NC). The school is covered by the
Universal Access to Quality Tertiary Education Act, which allow students to enroll and study
without paying any tuition fee.
Since its establishment, the Balian Community College continues to provide its students with an affordable and high-quality education that will help them develop into highly-skilled individuals who will contribute to national development. It is a member of the Association of Local Colleges and Universities Commission on Accreditation
(ALCUCOA). Its programs are also recognized by the Department of Education
(DepEd), the Technical Education and Skills Development Authority
(TESDA), and the Commission on Higher Education
(CHED).
