- Notice of Admission (NOA)*

 - Form 138/ALS Certificate (freshmen) or transfer credentials (transferee)

 - Certification of Good Moral Character from previous school

 - Accomplished Application Form (available in website)

 - PSA Birth Certificate

 - Two latest colored photo ID (2” x 2”) with name tag and signature

 - Return Service agreement without or with voluntary contribution form/waiver for school fees subsidy (download the BSU Template)


* Notice of Admission (NOA) - Given to a new freshment or transferee who is accepted to enroll in any undergraduate degree program after taking the qualifying examination

Undergraduate Transferees

Requirements

  • Must be physically and mentally fit 
  • Must be of good moral character 
  • Must have an at least average qualitative interpretation of CQE
*Transferees are not accepted during the 2nd Semester.

Graduate School Students

Requirements

 - Notice of Acceptance *
 - Photocopy of Official Transcript of Records, if BSU graduate or Transfer credentials (from other schools)
 - Medical Slip from the University Clinic
 - Accomplished Application Form 
 - PSA Birth Certificate/Marriage Certificate (if applicable)
 - Two latest colored photo ID (2” x 2”) with name tag and signature

* Notice of Admission (NOA) - Given to qualified applicants accepted to pursue any graduate degree after being evaluated by a duly constituted evaluation committee
  • Medical slip
  • Transfer credential from the last school attended or a photocopy of Official Transcript of Records, if BSU graduate

Undergraduate Shiftees

Requirements

  • The shiftee must submit an application letter 1 month before the scheduled 1st day of enrollment
  • Must have at least GWA of 2.65

*Acceptance of students will be based on rank or quota system
IF QUALIFIED, submit the following during enrollment:
  • Medical Slip
  • Form 138
  • Certificate of Good Moral Character
  • Transfer credential and True Copy of Grades (for transferees only)

Benguet State University is a government-owned university founded in 1916. Before, it was a farm school dedicated to the education of Igorot natives in the region. After four years, the school became an agricultural school, and later an agricultural high school after the Second World War. Sixty years later, then-President Ferdinand Marcos signed a Presidential Decree that brought the institution to its current status to widen the service that the school covered.
 
With three campuses around Benguet, the university currently has 7 post-graduate programs, 27 graduate programs, 25 undergraduate programs, as well as several diploma and special short courses. Undergraduate programs cover Agriculture, Agribusiness, Education, Information Technology, Nursing, Nutrition and Dietetics, and Veterinary Medicine, among others. The institution has an open university for distance learning that focuses on community development, cooperative management, and non-formal education.
