Freshmen
  • Report Card
  • Certificate of Good Moral Character
  • Two pieces 2×2 colored recent picture, NOT CUT-OUT
  • Official Receipt of Testing Fee (P125.00)
  • Must be physically fit
  • For Teacher Education Applicant, the General Weighted Average (GWA) is at least 85% or 2.0 for Transferee

Transferee (Additional Requirements)
 
  • Honorable Dismissal
  • Informative Copy of Transcript of Records
  • Certificate of Good Moral Character with Barangay Clearance


Reminders:
 
  • For other degree courses GWA is required to be at least 80%.
  • Non degree courses who will proceed to degree courses must have at least 80% or 2.5 GWA of the last course attended.

Bohol Island State University – Bilar (BISU - Bilar) is a state-owned university campus located in Bilar, Bohol. The school is one of the campuses part of the Bohol Island State University (BISU), formerly known as Central Visayas State College of Agriculture, Forestry and Technology (CVSCAFT).

The Bilar campus provides undergraduate and graduate degree programs in Education, Agriculture, Allied Science, and Technology. In addition to tertiary programs, the school also has a senior high school program offering strands under the Technical-Vocational-Livelihood (TVL) track. 

The university, as well as its programs, are duly recognized by the Department of Education (DepEd) and the Commission on Higher Education (CHED).
