Central Luzon State University (CLSU) is a state university located in Nueva Ecija, Philippines. It was initially founded as the Central Luzon Agricultural School (CLAS) to promote agriculture and mechanics arts. CLAS was later converted to Central Luzon Agricultural College (CLAC) in 1954 and was called as “the mother of vocational agricultural schools” in the country. The institution was elevated to its university status in 1964.
Throughout the years, CLSU has been widely popular as an agriculture-oriented institution. It is the mission of Central Luzon State University to develop competent and value-laden individuals grounded with the relevant knowledge and skills in science and technology.
