Colegio del Sagrado Corazon de Jesus (CSCJ) is a private Catholic co-educational school in
Iloilo City. It was established in 1917 by sisters of the Daughters of Charity, who used to cross the Iloilo river to teach children in the city. From only having kindergarten, the school expanded to having elementary, high school, and college programs over the years. At present, CSCJ is under an
integrated system with
Colegio de San Jose (CSJ) and with
St. Louise de Marillac School of Miag-ao (SLMSM); these three schools are under one administration that initiates plans and activities for the system.
The college department of CSCJ currently offers four-year degree courses in
Social Work, Hospitality Management, and
Travel Management. The Social Work and Hospitality Management programs hold
Level I accreditation statuses from the Philippine Accrediting Association of Schools, Colleges and Universities
(PAASCU). The colegio also put up the
Sagrado Alternative Evening School (SAES) in Villa Sagrado for students who cannot attend regular classes in the day because of work.
