FEU Alabang admits applicants who successfully pass the College Admission Test (CAT). Applicants who are granted eligibility for admission must submit the following requirements to the Admission’s Office:
I. New Students
Senior High
- Application Form including two 2 x 2 ID pictures
- Senior High Admission Test result
- Original Form 138 (Junior High School Report Card)
- Original Certificate of Good Moral Character
- ESC Certificate / QVR Certificate
- Original and Photocopy of PSA Authenticated Birth Certificate
- Data Privacy
- Affiliation Information Slip and Notice of Sanction and Undertaking
College
- Application Form including two 2 x 2 ID pictures
- College Admission Test (CAT) result
- Original Form 138 (High School Report Card)
- Original Certificate of Graduation (If F138 is not yet available)
- Original Certificate of Good Moral Character
- Original and Photocopy of PSA Authenticated Birth Certificate
- Other requirements as deemed necessary
Other requirements:
- Affiliation Information Slip and Notice of Sanction and Undertaking
- Waiver Form: Random Drug Testing (RDT)
- Data Privacy
Transfer / Second Undergraduate Degree
- Application Form including two 2 x 2 ID photos
- Result of Entrance Exam
- Original Transcript of Records/Certified True Copy of Grades
- Original Certificate of Good Moral Character
- Authenticated Copy of Course Description
- Honorable Dismissal/Transfer Credential Certificate
- Original and Photocopy of PSA Authenticated Birth Certificate
- Accomplished Transferee Recommendation Form in a sealed envelope
- Interview with the Guidance Counselor with complete requirements
- Complete validation and crediting of courses at the program department
