Isabela State University - Cabagan Campus  

Isabela State University - Cabagan (ISU - Cabagan) is a public university campus located in Cabagan, Isabela. The school is part of the umbrella university system of Isabela State University (ISU). Formerly. the school was known as the Cagayan Valley Institute of Technology and is one of the two state colleges that are merged in order to establish the university system in Isabela. 

To date, the campus offers undergraduate and graduate programs in fields of Arts and Sciences, Criminal Justice Education,  Computer Studies, Agriculture, Communication and Information Science, Tourism and Hospitality Management, and Teacher Education. And like other ISU campuses, the Cabagan campus is officially recognized by the Commission on Higher Education (CHED).
