Navotas Polytechnic College (NPC) is a public educational institution under the City Government of Navotas. It was established in 1994 to provide disadvantaged students the means for higher education, that these graduates may eventually contribute to the progress of Navotas and of the country. Currently, NPC offers undergraduate courses in Elementary and Secondary Education and in Business Administration.
