The Bachelor of Science in Nursing program equipped students with various approaches necessary for the preparation to become competent professional nurses in hospital or community. BS Nursing students are also trained to be skillful in decision making, the use of nursing process and problem-solving approach, ward management in a hospital setiing, program planning, monitoring and evaluation in a community setting, to serve as primary health workers in any setting. 

Graduates of BS Nursing can be employed in the Philippines and in other countries.
