Cagayan State University - Sanchez Mira Campus  

Cagayan State University – Sanchez Mira (CSU - Sanchez MIra) is one of the eight satellite campuses of the Cagayan State University system. In 1974, the campus was still known as the Sanchez Mira Rural and Vocational School. Two years later, they would begin to offer undergraduate degree programs, namely the Bachelor of Science in Agriculture and Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Education. When the Charter of the Cagayan State University (P.D. No. 1436) was signed by then-President Ferdinand Marcos in 1978, the campus would join several other existing higher education institutions in forming what is now known as one of the premier state university systems in Northern Luzon.

A variety of certificate, undergraduate, graduate, and doctorate courses are offered at the Sanchez Mira campus. Fourteen of their undergraduate courses have already attained Level 1 accreditation from the Accrediting Agency of Chartered Colleges and Universities in the Philippines (AACCUP) Most notably, the Sanchez Mira campus is one of only two locations of Cagayan State University that offer graduate and doctorate courses.
