For Transferees
- Entrance examination at the Guidance Center
- Certificate of Transfer Credential
- Informative copy of Transcript of Records
- Certificate of good conduct from the school last attended
- 1 photocopy of NSO Birth Certificate

Additional requirements for Foreign Students
- Letter request from the applicant
- Consolidated General Application form and notarized (BI Form No. RADJR-2012-03)
- Original Copy of Notice of Acceptance
- Original Copy of Medical Certificate issued by the Bureau of Quarantine
- Photocopy of applicant’s Passport
- Original copy of National Intelligence Coordinating Agency (NICA) clearance
- Original copy of Bureau of Immigration Clearance Certificate
For Shifters
- Advice slip from the Guidance Counselor to which the shifter belongs, to be presented to the Dean of College of the new program to be enrolled.
- Evaluation of subject/grade requirements
For Cross Enrollees
- Non-resident students must submit a PERMIT TO STUDY/CROSS ENROLL duly signed by the Registrar of the resident school
Re-Admission
The re-admission of old students in the college depends on their previous performance. The students must have shown fitness and right disposition for college work. An old student may NOT be re-admitted to the college if:
- He has been or is disqualified for violations of the school rules and regulations
- His required admission credentials were not submitted to the Registrar’s Office within the prescribed period which is not later than one semester after having been temporarily admitted to the college.
Procedures
For Entering Freshmen, Transferees and Second Coursers
- Fill in the Admission form at the Registrar’s Office.
- Pay Php100.00 in the Accounting Office for the Testing fee.
- Present the RECEIPT to the Guidance Center Staff
- Present High School I.D. or any Identification card
- Proceed to the Testing Room
- The test will take 40 minutes. Wait for 10-30 minutes to get the result.
- Student applicants must then follow the enlistment procedure.
