Freshmen

  • Certificate of good moral character from the Dean or Principal
  • Photocopy of NSO Birth Certificate

Transferees
  • Certificate of Eligibility to Transfer (Honorable Dismissal)
  • Certified true copy of complete academic records or informative copy of credits and grades previously taken, duly signed by the Registrar/Principal, or Transcript of Records
  • Certificate of good moral character from the Dean or Principal
  • Photocopy of NSO Birth Certificate

Continuing Students
 
Checklist of subjects taken and passed and upon request, clearance from the business or accounting office.
 

Returnees
 
Summary of grades from the Office of the Registrar for evaluation by the Dean.

  • Transcript of record of a prerequisite degree course in accordance with the Rules of Court with Special Order (S.O.) for graduation

Graduate Students
  • Transcript of Records of a degree course and the Special Order for Graduation
  • NSO Birth Certificate or Marriage Certificate

Transferees
  • Photocopy of NSO Birth Certificate
  • Certificate of good moral character from the Dean or Principal
  • Certified true copy of complete academic records or informative copy of credits and grades previously taken, duly signed by the Registrar/Principal, or Transcript of Records
  • Certificate of Eligibility to Transfer (Honorable Dismissal)

Procedures
  1. Fill out the SPR and submit it, along with other requirements, to the registrar. The student will receive a Temporary Registration Form (TRF)
  2. Proceed to Cashier’s window and settle payments
  3. Encode schedules and print the Official Registration Form (ORF)
  4. Claim Student ID and Student Handbook from the IT Department
  5. Buy/claim books and uniforms from the bookstore

Araullo University (AU) is a private, non-sectarian university. It was formed in 1950 as the Araullo Law School. Today, AU offers more than law courses to meet the demand of several industries both in the Philippines and abroad.

AU has varied courses divided into six (6) colleges: the College of Arts and Sciences, the College of Criminology, the College of Information Technology and Engineering, the College of Management and Accountancy, the College of Nursing, and the College of Education. AU also offers basic education, from Preschool to High School (includes both Junior and Senior High School).

In 2004, AU became part of the PHINMA Education Network (PEN), an organization that aims to provide quality education at an affordable fee. Through this partnership, both institutions create an empowered environment of learning for the students of Nueva Ecija.
